Creative team managment

When I joined Cambridge Satchel, I undertook a complete reworking of the brand’s visual identity. I was entrusted with redefining the graphic charter and colour palette, updating the logos and refining the positioning in order to develop a strong and consistent strategy. This was conceived as a true 360° project, where every element reinforces the others. The campaigns and photoshoots were designed not only to showcase the products, but to strengthen the brand’s tone of voice and sharpen its positioning — shaping how the brand speaks to and connects with its audience. After assembling and leading a dedicated creative team — including a graphic designer, stylist, videographer, photographer, and set designer — we successfully executed the vision. Together, we produced and delivered more than 20 photo and video campaigns, all of which I had the opportunity to creatively direct. Wealso had the privilege of contributing to high-profile collaborations with partners such as Universal Studios, Hello Kitty, Harvard University, National Galery, among others.

BRAND COLLABORATIONS

Brand collaborations play an essential role in shaping Cambridge Satchel’s image. The brand works with both culturally resonant partners, such as Hello Kitty, Wicked and Miffy, and established institutions with strong heritage, including Ivy League universities, Cambridge University and The National Gallery. Each collaboration calls for a careful meeting of two creative identities: staying true to Cambridge Satchel’s own visual language while thoughtfully introducing the partner’s universe. Through an ongoing creative exchange, the aim is to develop a final expression that feels coherent, authentic and aligned with both brands.
